		<description>Hi:

I was quite impressed of your experience in Kenya, and have to admitted adapting to strange food is extremely difficult as I learnt of the experience the hardest way in America. I do not know which is worse USA food having been accustomed to Kenyan food or vise versa.

Are you still in kenya or have you moved on, it appeared as if you travel with your business or family.

I wanted to thank you for the Njahi image which is how I stumbled upon your documentation of the recipe. I hope you do not mind I copied the image to use on a kenyan food catalog I am trying to create to advertise Njahi and other foods from Kenya that I will be selling in the USA.

Please let me know of your other creations that you came up with, your experiment is quite an inspiration.
